A micro-festival of community, nature, and soulspace in the mountains of Vermont
Raining Woman was a four day micro-festival held in May of 2019 at the beautiful Knoll Farm in the mountains of Vermont. The wonderful Macy Tran and I organized Raining Woman as a means to bring together folks in our extended community, and create nourishing space for all of us to connect with ourselves, each other, and the earth.
It was a deeply participatory event - with Macy and I inviting several folks each and then those folks extending their own invites to others in their web of community. The programming was also entirely community-driven, with each individual sharing a gift borne from their unique experiences and skills - whether it was a workshop on restorative justice, an ecstatic dance session, or a story at the fire.
